Amanda has always been passionate about fitness and movement, seeing exercise and dance as powerful tools for both physical health and personal well-being. But, like many, her fitness journey was met with obstacles—especially when it came to understanding nutrition. Throughout college, Amanda navigated the complex world of diets and conflicting advice, seeking out evidence-based knowledge and practical strategies to nourish both the body and mind.
Her commitment to finding balance led her to pursue formal education in the exercise science world, becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. Since 2014, Amanda has dedicated her career to helping others achieve their wellness goals by combining effective fitness strategies with personalized nutritional guidance.
What sets Amanda apart is her genuine care for her clients' success, both inside and outside of the gym. She believes that truly making a difference means taking the time to understand her clients' unique challenges—especially when it comes to navigating busy work schedules, long hours of sitting, and other common obstacles.
